These terms and conditions apply to the sale of printed copies of Near Death Lessons via neardeathlessons.com.
We sell you paperback and hard copies of Author Chris Jankulovski’s Near Death Lessons book at www.neardeathlessons.com.
Additional information about the book and its Author are maintained on the neardeathlessons website and may be added to at any time.
The Author reserves the right at any time to withdraw from the book any item or part of an item of content for which it no longer retains the right to publish or which it has reas`onable grounds to believe infringes a third party’s copyright or other intellectual property right, or which is defamatory, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.
All invoices must be paid upon purchase.
Customers are not liable for any applicable taxes and/or import charges.
The Author reserves the right to change the amount payable.
Email a request for refund within a week after the delivery of the book/s for a full refund by contacting us at support@neardeathlessons.com if they arrived in bad condition. Attach a photo of the book/s as well as the receipt in to your email.
Refund requests will not be accepted in any other circumstances.
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Near Death book and the neardeathlessons.com website shall belong to and continue to belong to the Author, and you shall not obtain any such rights or interest in such rights by virtue of purchase or receipt of the book.
The Near Death Lessons book and the neardeathlessons.com website are trademarks of the Author Chris Jankulovski. Nothing in these terms shall in any way exclude, modify or affect any statutory rights under intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted by these terms are reserved.
